Clients may cancel their engagement with LuxeHomeFinder under the following conditions:
Written Notice: Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@luxehomefinder.com.
Timing: If cancellation occurs within 7 days of signing the engagement agreement and before any services have been rendered, the engagement fee will be refunded in full.
After Services Commence: If cancellation occurs after services have begun (such as consultations, property searches, or viewings), the engagement fee will not be refunded.
Special Cases: In exceptional circumstances, LuxeHomeFinder may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Engagement Fees: Refunds are only possible if cancellation is made within 7 days of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced. Once services begin, the engagement fee is considered non-refundable.
Success Fees: These are payable only upon the successful completion of a property transaction. Success fees are non-refundable once the transaction has been finalized.
Additional Services: Fees for concierge, relocation, or third-party services are subject to the terms of the specific service provider and are generally non-refundable once delivered.
